Better presentation of carrier gene status in the pedigree editor

Description

In individuals that are not linked to a patient record, the carrier status is represented graphically by a dot in the middle of the individual's shape (which is conform to the standard) and the user has the option to specify what that person is a carrier for in the comment (no changes are needed, as this is the behaviour PT already implements).

In individuals that are linked to a patient record, the carrier genes listed in the patient record are represented by shaded sectors in the individual's shape, and they appear in the legend. This representation is not standard and the inconsistency is confusing the users.

TODO: if an individual linked to a patient record has carrier genes

  • do not generate a legend and do not shade individuals which are carriers

  • do mark them as carriers with a dot in the middle of the shape

  • generate a text line under the individual's shape, right before where the "comment" would be displayed, that reads "Carrier for <gene1>", one line per carrier gene
