      Description

Right now pedigree does not use the consanguinity setting from patient form, but updates patient form is consanguinity is present in the pedigree

Instead there should be a 1-to-1 mapping between the two, e.g. if a patient is assigned to a node in pedigree, and patient's consanguinity is "yes", the producing relationship should be marked consanguineous. Or if a node linked to a patient that is consanguineous according to the patient form gets new parents that relationship should be marked as consang. This change will mostly make PT-3721 Closed redundant, as if all cases are handled correctly the status as derived form the pedigree would have to always override status on the patient form

(this logic is to be confirmed with Brittney Johnstone before implemented)
