Cases with confirmed causal genes should be solved

Description

If patient has confirmed causal gene, we should inform user that the solved box should be checked and Pubmed ID entered.

When gene status is changed to confirmed causal prompt the user with the following message "..." @Brittney please fill in.

Also, when case is solved with no confirmed causal genes, prompt the user with the following message "..." @Brittney.

run into a solved phenomecentral case that had candidate but no confirmed causal gene.

As discussed with the following two scenarios should be implemented:
1. If user checks the case as solved but did not enter any confirmed causal gene, show pop-up dialog:
"You have indicated this case as solved. Please, enter a confirmed causal gene and a Pubmed ID."
2. If user enters first confirmed causal gene and case is not marked as solved, show pop-up dialog:
"You have entered a causal gene. Please, this case as solved and enter a Pubmed ID."
please, review.

Last sentence add "mark" and "if available" so it reads: "Please, mark this case as solved end enter its Pubmed ID if available."

A few modifications to the suggestions above:

1. If user checks the case as solved but did not enter any confirmed causal gene, show pop-up dialog:
"You have marked this case as solved. Please enter the associated Pubmed ID, if available, and add a confirmed causal gene in the “Genotype information” section."
2. If user enters first confirmed causal gene and case is not marked as solved, show pop-up dialog:
"You have entered a causal gene. Please mark this case as solved in the “Case resolution” section and enter the associated Pubmed ID, if available."

I believe 's comment on Slack yesterday relates to this issue:

“Orion Buske [6:24 PM]
Gotcha! Hmm, I would just ask for the causal gene and disease again in the solved case section (and make sure the data is synchronized). If you mark a case as solved, then you’re getting prompted again for the disease/gene (or shown what you’ve already entered to adjust as necessary).”

If we are interested in including “Final Diagnosis” in this series of prompts, I would suggest the following.

1. If user checks the case as solved
a. but did not enter any confirmed causal gene or final diagnosis, show pop-up dialog:
"You have marked this case as solved. Please enter the associated Pubmed ID, if available, and add a confirmed causal gene in the “Genotype information” section. Please also enter the final diagnosis in the “Diagnosis” section.”
b. but did not enter any confirmed causal gene, show pop-up dialog:
"You have marked this case as solved. Please enter the associated Pubmed ID, if available, and add a confirmed causal gene in the “Genotype information” section.”
c. but did not enter final diagnosis, show pop-up dialog:
"You have marked this case as solved. Please enter the final diagnosis in the “Diagnosis” section.”
2. If user enters first confirmed causal gene
a. and case is not marked as solved and final diagnosis is not entered, show pop-up dialog:
"You have entered a causal gene. Please mark this case as solved in the “Case resolution” section and enter the associated Pubmed ID, if available. Please also enter the final diagnosis in the “Diagnosis” section.”
b. and case is not marked as solved, show pop-up dialog:
"You have entered a causal gene. Please mark this case as solved in the “Case resolution” section and enter the associated Pubmed ID, if available.
c. and final diagnosis is not entered, show pop-up dialog:
"You have entered a causal gene. Please enter the final diagnosis in the “Diagnosis” section.”
3. If user enters final diagnosis
a. And case is not marked as solved and no confirmed causal gene is entered:
“You have entered a final diagnosis. Please mark this case as solved in the “Case resolution” section and enter the associated Pubmed ID, if available. Please also add a confirmed causal gene in the “Genotype information” section.”
b. And case is not marked as solved:
“You have entered a final diagnosis. Please mark this case as solved in the “Case resolution” section and enter the associated Pubmed ID, if available.”
c. And no confirmed causal gene is entered:
“You have entered a final diagnosis. Please add a confirmed causal gene in the “Genotype information” section.”

Should clinical diagnosis be taken into account at all?
