Improve to appearance of Administration:Vocabularies page
Description
The page is overcrowded and it is very difficult to locate desired vocabulary (please see the attached screenshot).
One suggestion is to not use bolded all caps for ONTOLOGY and ANNOTATIONS titles. These labels can be aligned with corresponding fields.
