When using dd-mm-yyyy for pedigree date format (both input and display), using decades in the pedigree breaks the editor

Description

To reproduce:

  1. Go to Adminstration -> Pedigree Editor

  2. Under the Date Format heading, set both values to dd-mm-yyyy (see attached screenshot)

  3. Create a new family and edit the pedigree

  4. For an individual in the pedigree, start entering the birthday. For the year, choose a decade, e.g. 1990s.

  5. The error in the attached screenshot is displayed in the JS console

  6. After saving and re-opening the pedigree, it is displayed without lines connecting the nodes.
