Some functionality is broken in IE9 (most notably pedigree editor can not be opened)

Description

To reproduce the most visible bug: open a patient with a pedigree using IE9. Nether clicking on pedigree image nor pedigree edit button opens the pedigree editor (if debug mode is not enabled)

Cause: `console.log()` used in JavaScript code, which fails in IE9. Since a quick search reveals we have those in other places in the code, probably other functionality is also broken.

Solution: remove all unnecessary `console.log`-s, or replacing with `console && console.log(...)`. A quick test indicates this fixes the pedigree editor.
