      Description

Negative genes are coloured on annotated individuals. This is wrong because genes that have been confirmed to NOT be defective do not represent an abnormality in the individual, and what we colour in the pedigree are abnormalities. Additionally, there is no way avoid this wrong default by turning off the colouring (functionality introduced by PT-1393 Closed ). Please see the blue nodes in the attached screenshot.
