Correct unhelpful update failure message and fix punctuation

Description

Some access management rights update errors produce message "Failed to update.Unable to update." The second sentence is redundant and unhelpful for both common use and debugging purposes.

Second sentence is set as the last-resort catch-all error message (the final else case in several nested else cases.) It defines an unknown error, therefore the suggestion is to correct to "Failed to update. An unknown update error has occurred." This will hopefully be helpful for error tracking in the future when permissions are reworked, while reducing redundancy in the UI.
