The label on Download button to should read "Download as TSV".

I wonder if all of our users know what a TSV is and whether we should also somehow inform them that they're supposed to load the TSV in Excel... ?

Yes, that works.
What if there was an i button that said "A TSV is a file format that can copied to excel" (or a similarly basic sentence)?
