Unable to see pushed record in UI

Description

-Installed PT 1.3M2
-created a new patient record

  • pushed the record to self

  • clicked on the link and was able to observe the new record

  • clickedd on BROWSE ALL DATA

  • my new record was not there

  • when I tried to export it appeared as though my new record was not there either
    The only way to se my new record was through REST

I think this is a manifestaion of the REST bug that was fixed in PT-2786. I don't have the time to test it now, but should be fixed
