Selecting NO for "Abnormal delivery" in the "Prenatal and perinatal history" section fails

Description

Scenario 1:

  • Select only [N] for "Abnormal delivery", and no other prenatal_phenotype; Save & view

  • Result: an error message is displayed: "An error has occurred while attempting to display the list of phenotypes."

Scenario 2:

  • Select [N] for "Abnormal delivery" and any other prenatal_phenotype s (except subcategories of "Abnormal delivery"), either as [Y] or [N]; Save & view

  • Result: other selections are shown as expected, but "Abnormal delivery" is absent.

Scenario 3:

  • Select [N] for "Abnormal delivery" and any other subcategories of "Abnormal delivery", either as [Y] or [N]; Save & view

  • Result: "Abnormal delivery" is displayed in grey (not red as other negatives); its subcategories appear as expected.

Note: These bugs occur with any subsection marked as conditionalSubsection in the phenotype mapping. It just so happens that "Abnormal delivery" is the only conditionalSubsection in the default mapping.
