Extended negative prenatal phenotypes never stored

Description

In the `PatientExtendedPhenotypeUpdater`, the extended phenotype sets are automatically updated whenever phenotypes are changed. However, the `extended_negative_prenatal_phenotype` field is neglected, resulting in this field always being empty.

Alternatively, is there a reason prenatal phenotypes are stored in separate properties of the patient object? Can we merge them with the regular phenotypes and just use the type of `prenatal_phenotype` to distinguish?
