1) Add ability to turn on and off colouring for each disorder/gene/cancer/phenotype. As we saw in Miami, clinicians may want to visually compare relationship between say phenotype X and disorder or cancer Y, while everything else is not cluttering the view. Need to discuss with users if the current set of enabled colours should be stored or reset on each pedigree load. Possibly need a "enable all" button if at least one colour is disabled. Maybe "disable all" as well.
2) Currently only disorders, genes and cancers affect node colouring. Phenotypes should affect that as well. To avoid random colourful messes colouring should be automatically turned off if there are more than X phenotypes enabled - but with ability to manually turn colouring back for any phenotype (as implemented in 1) above)
3) Add ability to hide the hint once and forever once the user got it - this should be stored in user preferences.
